peers and managers.
There are many professions and circumstances, where individuals can potentially find themselves in conflict situation and with the correct handling and training, can be dealt with and defused in a calm professional manner. On this course, you will learn how to identify that a situation could arise and how to deal with it to avoid conflict. This course is ideal for those that do not wish to / or have no requirement to learn about physical intervention skills.
The Conflict Management Level 2 (VTQ) certificate is valid for three years and the online training course will serve as a good annual refresher course.
