Today my experience amazing Today I attended my first aid course. This excellent as part of my first aid course and training. This course helped me to understand and helped me to learn many important topic related to become a first aider. Which made me very happy and proud to know how important it is as part of our midday job role. After completing my first aid course and training. This course helped me to understand and helped me gain my confidence and knowledge. I enjoyed the most watching the 2 important instructor preforming the CPR and then we took our turns. Then we did CPR on dummy doll, we also was shown how to perform this activity on the dummy doll using the AED machine. We also learned about anaphylaxis and the usage of epic pen if the reaction was serious before calling the ambulance for help. We also learned if a person having a seizures and is unconsciousness how to deal with the casualty if burn or unconsciousness of a person and what do how to deal with it. Also the topic included about choking in adults and children. We also had chance to used a dummy doll to practice how to check and tap the back to unblock the air ways, if not what to do next and look for and what to expect next. Lastly we learnt deep cuts and wounds and many more. Rating 10/10

Thanks to Craig and Jo Thanks to Craig and Jo for the first aider training. They gave us proper practice of CPR. All the doubts were cleared patiently.

Jo and Craig was very supportive Jo and Craig was very supportive, and answered to all the questions. They come and checked every one with CPR procedures, being sure with all know how to applaud correctly. Also the information they give us was very accurate and strong to each point.

It was a very informative course where… It was a very informative course where I could learn practically about giving CPR to a child as well as to an adult and it was great to learn how to use a defibrillator.
